Use something resembling double knit wool of whatever make-up you have, and 3.75 needles. Cast on 9 stitches (or 10 if you want a chonkier kitty). Row 1: Knit 1 row. (9 stitches) Row 2: Kfb across row (18 stitches) Row 3: Kfb across row (36 stitches) Row 4: Purl Row 5 - 16: Knit odd rows, purl even rows (if you want stripes, start them here, 2 rows CC, 2 rows MC) Row 17: K1, K2tog, rpt to end (27 stitches) Row 18 - 24: Knit odd rows, purl even rows Bind off
